Event Details
The Surgical Research Society’s 43rd Annual Meeting will be held between the 25 and 26 June 2015, at Metro 5/6, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of the Free State in Bloemfontein.
General arrangements:
- A shuttle service will be available between the airport, City Lodge Bloemfontein, Protea Hotel Willow Lake, Tuscan Rose and the University at set times.

Submission of Abstracts
- Deadline for online submission for abstracts is strictly on the 24th April 2015
- Abstracts are to be submitted electronically in the prescribed format (vide infra) to the scientific committee co-ordinator, Prof Geoff Candy (geoffrey.candy@wits.ac.za) and copied to the scientific committee administrator, Dr Colleen Aldous (Aldousc@ukzn.ac.za)
- Confirmation of acceptance of abstracts will be communicated electronically to the presenting author by the scientific committee administrator, Dr Colleen Aldous on the 11th May 2015.
- Accepted abstracts will only be integrated in the final programme once the meeting registration form and payment of the presenting author have been received by latest 25th May 2015
