Event Details

  1. Date: 23 – 24 June 2015
  2. Place: Metro 5/6, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of the Free State, Bloemfontein
  3. General arrangements: Two registrars and one consultant from each medical school are sponsored for registration, Tuesday night dinner, hotel accommodation for one night (City Lodge Bloemfontein) and transport.
  4. The organizers want to plea with sponsored delegates from Gauteng and Durban to drive to Bloemfontein, rather than fly, due to serious financial constraints.
  5. A shuttle service will be available between the airport, City Lodge Bloemfontein, Protea Hotel Willow Lake, the University and Zizi Restaurant at set times.
